Because sometimes... stuff happens.

Maybe your dog gave that toy the side-eye. Or you picked the wrong size. Either way, we’ve got you covered.

Want to Return Something?

No stress. You’ve got 7 days after your order arrives to send things back. Just make sure:

It hasn’t been used

It’s still in the original packaging

It looks like it did when it showed up

You can show us proof of purchase (an order number or email works!)

 Note: We can’t take back personalized or used items—unless they arrived damaged or defective. Totally fair, right?

Wondering About Refunds?

Here’s how it goes:

We get your return

We give it a quick look

If everything checks out, we send your refund to the same payment method you used

Timing? Usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show up in your account.

A few heads-ups:

Shipping costs? Not refundable (unless we messed up)

If we sent the wrong thing or it showed up damaged, we’ll cover return shipping

If you just changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the return postage

Need an Exchange Instead?

Got a damaged or faulty item? We’ll swap it out, no problem.

Still Waiting for a Refund?

If it’s been more than 10 business days and nothing’s shown up:

Contact your payment provider—sometimes it takes a while
